Targeted Individuals
The PSEC Program (in the initial launch of the program) will target individuals (over the age of 18) who live, work or shop in the 3rd and 6th Council Districts. The cards will be widely distributed throughout Philadelphia. Sponsoring partners will also have the PSEC to distribute to its’ employees and customers.

The Philly Shop & Earn Card will be distributed FREE to all residents and available to anyone interested in shopping at any of our network of businesses.

With the card in hand, users will have access to the discounts available at participating merchants and will also receive either a credit toward their real estate taxes or a rebate credit. These credits and rebates will be applied annually. When the program is expanded, successful methods will be replicated across the city.

Sponsor Benefits
Sponsors of the card and/or program will reap the benefit of marketing support that the program will generate. Clear demographics will accrue to those sponsors in terms of card holders who will see the sponsor’s name and logo and merchants who will display sponsorship information, as well as through our multi-media presence.

Benefits for participating Merchants and Sponsors will include substantial exposure under the PSEC marketing campaign, which will be coordinated by IMSP, Inc.  In addition, business banners and website links will also appear on the registration website @ www.propertytaxcard.com.
